Over at Life Site News there’s an article, “Abortion industry pours over $100 million into electing Democrats in 2024”. The abortion industry is dumping all this money into Democrat campaigns, especially in swing states while Republicans have backed off the pro-life position completely.

Justices are elected to eight-year terms or appointed by the governor in the case of a vacancy. As of April 2024, three judges on the court were Republican, and four were Democrats, meaning the Democrats have a 4-3 majority.
